We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Safeguarding Adults & Community Safety Board Business Manager.
As a Safeguarding Adults & Community Safety Board Business Manager you will coordinate and manage the delivery of statutory safeguarding responsibilities, driving forward strategic priorities across adult safeguarding and community safety.
The Safeguarding Adults & Community Safety Board Business Manager will lead effective multiagency collaboration, ensuring compliance with legislation, embedding best practice, and supporting the delivery of real improvements for residents.

DUTIES
Your duties as the Safeguarding Adults & Community Safety Board Business Manager include:
Provide Strategic Support:
Develop and implement business plans, annual reports and policies for the Board
Coordinate Reviews:
Oversee Safeguarding Adult Reviews, Domestic Homicide Reviews and audits, ensuring learning and improvement across partners
Lead Multiagency Collaboration:
Work closely with Health, Police, Fire, Probation and Voluntary Sector partners to deliver shared objectives
Ensure Legal Compliance:
Maintain confidentiality, data protection and compliance with GDPR and safeguarding legislation
Develop Information Systems:
Manage effective recording and reporting tools to monitor Board activity and progress
A ct as Central Liaison:
Serve as the main contact for Board members, stakeholders and partners
Promote Communication:
Maintain and develop professional and public-facing web-enabled platforms to share resources and updates
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in safeguarding, community safety or partnership working within health, social care, or related sectors
Strong understanding of adult safeguarding legislation and statutory guidance
Experience of multiagency coordination and partnership working at a strategic level
Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills
Professional integrity and commitment to promoting the wellbeing and safety of adults and communities
Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (e.g. social work, public administration, criminology or community safety) is desirable
