IC Resources is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to join a global leader in Semiconductor IP. This role involves driving the forecasting and business planning process, implementing new techniques and processes to enhance IP and Licensing business analysis, and supporting global sales operations. Reporting to the EVP Sales and Business Development, the Sales Operations Manager will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to improve IP/licensing partner productivity and program efficiencies.
Hybrid role in Berkshire.
Requirements:
* Conduct overall business and forecast reporting, analysis, and provide insights.
* Contribute to organisational programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing sales and licensing program processes.
* Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Business Unit leaders, and Marketing to deliver insightful sales performance analysis.
* Respond rapidly to critical business needs and leadership requests to ensure success.
* Experience with Salesforce.
* Familiarity with Miller Heiman Strategic selling or equivalent.
* Develop, deploy, and maintain a dashboard with key metrics and analysis.
