Position Overview
AHS, a distinguished real estate company, is seeking an experienced and service-driven Estate Manager to oversee the operations of an exclusive portfolio of ultra-luxury private residences.
This role is ideal for a professional coming from a 5-star or higher luxury hotel environment, bringing a strong background in hospitality operations, team leadership, and delivering exceptional, personalized service at the highest standards.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of estate operations, ensuring a seamless, hotel-level experience across residences while maintaining discretion, precision, and excellence at every touchpoint.
Responsibilities
Estate & Operations Management
* Oversee the full operations of multiple private residences, ensuring they are maintained to 5-star hotel standards at all times
* Lead, manage, and develop multidisciplinary teams across residences (household staff, service teams, etc.)
* Implement and maintain operational procedures, service standards, and quality control measures
* Manage budgets, reporting, and cost control across all estates
* Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure best-in-class service delivery
Hospitality & Service Excellence
* Deliver a refined, ultra-luxury experience tailored to the principals’ preferences
* Anticipate needs and ensure proactive, intuitive service across all touchpoints
* Uphold the highest standards of presentation, service, and guest experience
Travel & Lifestyle Management
* Oversee and coordinate all travel-related arrangements, including private aviation, accommodations, and logistics
* Ensure seamless service across international residences, including Dubai and London
* Coordinate with yacht and aviation teams to maintain consistency in service standards
Events & Guest Experience
* Oversee private events and gatherings across residences
* Ensure flawless execution aligned with ultra-luxury expectations
Leadership & Confidentiality
* Act as the main point of contact for all estate-related operations
* Maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality at all times
* Ensure security protocols and operational integrity are consistently upheld
Requirements
* Requirements
o Proven experience in a senior operations role within 5-star or ultra-luxury hotels (e.g., Rooms Division, Butler Services, Guest Relations, or similar)
o Strong background in managing high-performing teams and delivering exceptional guest experiences at luxury standards
o In-depth understanding of hospitality operations, service excellence, and quality control
o Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple operations or properties with a high level of organization and attention to detail
o Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
o High level of discretion, professionalism, and ability to work within UHNW environments
o Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders, vendors, and service providers
o Flexibility to travel and manage operations across multiple locations (e.g., international residences)
o Ability to work under pressure with a solutions-driven and proactive mindset
o Proficiency in operational systems and reporting tools within hospitality or similar environments
