Contract Fixed term contract, until 31 March 2027
Responsibilities
• Supervise a team of advisers in a Help to Claim or similar welfare benefits service, ensuring the delivery of good quality advice.
• Work alongside another supervisor to provide support and supervision, maintaining compliance with QAA standards and volume KPI’s.
• Keep up to date with legislative changes and service requirements, and ensure the team is well trained and compliant with all requirements.
• Work from home or, if preferred, based locally in the office.
