Overview
The Role: Accommodation and Support Worker (16+) As an integral member of our support team in Frome, you will:
* Support young people aged 16+ in housing projects and within the community, helping them gain the skills and confidence to live independently.
* Provide hands-on assistance to those not yet housed by helping them identify, secure, and set up accommodation.
* Guide young people through each stage of their housing journey, focusing on their health, safety, achievement, positive contribution, and economic well-being.
This role requires a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
