Role of Travel Marketing Manager:
* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to support business objectives and drive growth
* Plan and oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, Paid Social, email, content marketing, and social media
* Manage marketing budget and allocate resources across campaigns effectively
* Collaborate with product, sales, and operations teams to ensure brand consistency and maximize campaign impact
* Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify opportunities and threats
* Monitor campaign performance using KPIs, ROI metrics, and analytics tools; generate reports to inform decision-making
* Oversee content development, including blog posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.
* Manage the Public Relations Strategy
* Lead and mentor a small marketing team and manage external agencies
* Organise and participate in industry events, trade shows, and promotional activities
Skills required for the role:
* Proven marketing experience within a similar level role, within the travel industry.
* Solid understanding of digital marketing channels (email, SEO, paid media).
* Experience with tools and systems such as Google Analytics and Salesforce.
* Analytical mindset with strong reporting and Excel skills.
* Creative eye for layout, content and customer experience.
* Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to lead and mentor a small marketing team, whilst managing external agencies
