As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead operations across our fabrication facility.
The Role
Reporting directly to MD, the Genaral Manager will oversee all aspects of site operations, ensuring optimal productivity, quality, and profitability in a results-driven environment. This is a hands‑on leadership role requiring strong operational understanding, exceptional people management skills, and the ability to deliver outstanding performance through your team.
Key Responsibilities
* As the General Manager you will oversee daily operations of the fabrication facility, from production and quality control to logistics and customer satisfaction.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, safety, and output.
* Manage budgets, performance metrics, and reporting to meet and exceed business targets.
* Motivate, coach, and develop staff across departments to foster a culture of accountability and teamwork.
* Ensure compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and industry regulations.
* Collaborate closely with leadership to implement strategic plans and achieve long‑term growth objectives.
About You
* Proven experience in a senior management or general management role within manufacturing, fabrication, or a related industry.
* Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire, motivate, and lead by example.
* As the General Manager / Operations Manager you will have excellent operational knowledge, with a keen understanding of production workflows and quality standards.
* Results‑driven mindset with a focus on performance improvement and business outcomes.
