Trainee Mortgage Adviser
Enhanced Salary & Guarantee Structure
* First 16 weeks: basic salary + guaranteed commission to £30k per annum.
* Month 4‑6: basic salary + guaranteed commission to £30k per annum.
* Month 7‑10: basic salary + guaranteed commission to £32.5k per annum.
* Month 10‑16: basic salary + guaranteed commission to £35k per annum.
* Month 17 onwards: £25k basic salary + unlimited commission, realistic OTE of £45k+.
Contract Basis
Full‑time, permanent, employed role.
Location
Initially office‑based for the first 11 weeks at our Academy Centre on Oxford Street, Manchester, followed by 5 weeks of remote training. Qualified advisers work remotely thereafter.
Target Candidates
Individuals with a strong desire to build a long‑term career in Financial Services. Recent graduates or sales‑experienced candidates are invited.
Post‑Training Salary
After completing the 16‑week training, guaranteed monthly commission increases over the following 12 months. Once the guarantee ends, realistic OTE is expected to reach £50k+ in the second full year, alongside competitive benefits and promotion pathways.
CF1 & CF6 Qualifications
Full financial support for CF1 & CF6 qualifications, including study materials and exam entry costs.
Working Hours
During training: 9:30 AM‑5:00 PM, Monday‑Friday. Training is mandatory for 16 weeks with no planned holidays. Post‑training: 9 AM‑6 PM or 11 AM‑8 PM, Monday‑Friday; no weekend or bank holiday work required.

As a home‑based Mortgage and Protection Adviser, you focus on delivering quality advice and sales to customers. Your contributions include contacting customers, securing appointments, and progressing their mortgage and protection applications while our Adviser Support Teams handle the administrative side. Required Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications
* Desire to work within Financial Services, especially mortgages and protection.
* Recent graduation at 2:1 or higher, or a strong sales track record.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills; ability to explain complex information simply.
* Highly organised with a disciplined, structured approach.
* Competent IT user, proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Commitment to extensive induction and ongoing development.
