Job Description
An exceptional opportunity presents itself for an Assistant Front Office Manager to be part of an iconic London opening.
Reporting to Front Office Manager, you will provide guidance and leadership in managing daily Front Office operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will maintain high operational standards at the front desk and switchboard, ensuring a guest-centered approach. As the Manager on Duty, you will handle guest complaints courteously and efficiently, ensuring issues are resolved to exceed guest expectations.
Specifically, as the Assistant Front Office Manager:
* Have previous experience in a luxury hotel environment working with LQA, Forbes 5* or equivalent standards.
* Be eager to contribute to setting up pre-opening standards and objectives aligned with the Raffles vision.
* Prove a track record of delivering high service levels under pressure.
* Possess exceptional communication and customer service skills, both written and spoken.
* Demonstrate strong time management skills, multitasking while maintaining professionalism.
* Have well-developed technical and computer skills.
* Be willing to contribute to a 24-hour operational schedule when required.
