About the Role:
Our client is heavily reliant on their online traffic, via their ecommerce platform.
The most essential background they looking for is exposure (and success) at other ecommerce businesses.
Hybrid for this role ideally means a 3/2 work pattern, with 3 days in the office. This is also negotiable but our client have a young team who would benefit from hands-on management. However, they are happy to look at more remote candidates with a looser pattern.
The role currently has two direct reports, one freelancer, and will be responsible for our external agencies (currently one but probably two by the time recruitment takes place). The direct reports are:
Content marketer responsible for our content and photography output
Marketing assistant website admin, social media, photography support, reporting
Freelancer email marketing
