Core purpose
Drive the delivery of strategic and creative DPR campaigns for key clients, influencing campaign direction and outcomes whilst building expertise in organic impact. Act as the primary PR client contact while building confidence in strategic thinking and commercial understanding.
What you’ll do
1. Independently manage day-to-day PR activity for a portfolio of key clients, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality campaigns and PR activity.
2. Lead client communications, including weekly calls, QBRs and performance reviews, ensuring DPR as a strategy and channel is understood and engaged with.
3. Develop creative PR solution and campaign plans aligned with client objectives, organic objectives and industry knowledge.
4. Monitor campaign performance against quarterly KPIs, providing insights and recommendations.
5. Have awareness a growing awareness of DPR’s impact on the wider business, identifying growth opportunities or additional client value.
6. Support junior PR team members, reviewing their work, providing feedback and guiding development.
7. Actively participate in internal knowledge-sharing initiatives, contributing ideas, experience and expertise.
8. Collaborate closely with organic teams to ensure PR activity compliments and amplifies wider organic strategies.
About you
9. Proven experience delivering successful DPR campaigns that have genuine, measurable results.
10. Skilled in brainstorming new campaigns that will cut through the press.
11. Strong copywriting skills and attention to detail.
12. Ability to build and maintain relationships with team members, clients and journalists through clear and productive communication.
13. Excellent understanding of DPR and organic, and relevant tools.
14. Flexible, proactive and energised, ability to lift up the team.
15. Passionate about PR and fully committed to becoming experts in your craft, your client’s businesses and the sectors you work in.
