Level 2 Teaching Assistant
Location: Corby, Northamptonshire
Pay: £90-£95 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full-time / Long-term (term-time only)
Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting a committed and enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistant to work in a friendly and inclusive mainstream school in the Corby area. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced TA looking to further develop their skills within a supportive school environment.
The Role:
As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support teaching and learning within the classroom
Work with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation and delivery
Support pupils with a range of needs, including SEND
Help maintain a positive, safe and engaging learning environment
The Ideal Candidate:
Hold a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
Have previous experience working in a school setting
Be proactive, reliable and able to work as part of a team
Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
Have a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
