Salary: £39,000 - £46,000 Per Annum, Dependent Upon Experience

Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Principal Social Worker, you will play a vital role in our team. Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting and deputizing for the Registered Manager as needed.
* Supervising team members to ensure effective functioning.
* Empowering foster parents to reach their full potential.
* Monitoring compliance with fostering standards for both parents and staff.
* Collaborating with children, young people, foster parents, and professionals to prioritize safeguarding and achieve positive outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a qualified and experienced social worker who is passionate about making a difference. You should have:
* A Social Care England recognized qualification in Social Work or equivalent.
* Experience working with children and young people, particularly those looked after.
* A comprehensive understanding of relevant legislation supporting fostering and children looked after.
* A full driving license with unrestricted access to your own car.
Working Conditions
This role may require occasional evening and weekend work to meet the needs of the agency. Your strong leadership skills and ability to work autonomously while being an effective team player will be essential.
