The Role
As a Support Worker, you will:

What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in adult or children's care is essential.
* Able to speak fluently Punjabi and Hindi
* A genuine passion for supporting individuals with complex mental health conditions and learning disabilities.
* Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
* A commitment to professional growth and a desire to progress into a Team Leader role.
* Flexibility and reliability to meet the demands of the role.
