We are looking for a Receptionist/ Host to create a warm welcome for all customers, ensuring their visit is memorable. This role is pivotal to creating the best customer experience in our dealership. The right candidate will know how to converse with a range of customers, think on your feet to ensure all queries are dealt with and be able to confidently use our admin systems. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for dealing with all sales/service enquiries, ensuring all queries are dealt with appropriately within agreed timescales – this includes gathering correct information about all enquiries and sourcing the correct staff member to assist further Approaches & welcomes all visitors in a friendly and open manner Capturing customer data to ensure that information is consistent Monitoring sales activity and evaluating the quality of information, ensuring the sales process is followed with every customer and that information is consistent across all databases Providing all customers in the showroom/reception with immediate attention Providing administration and general support to the sales & service departments (including creating new customers and amending information in the CRM, photocopying documents, making drinks, etc.) Regularly updating the Sales and Service Managers on all progress and involving them immediately with respect to any issues encountered We’re looking for someone who: Has a strong IT skillset Provides excellent customer service experience and interpersonal skills Must be accurate and show attention to detail Has excellent ability to work under pressure Is flexible in dealing with varying workloads and tasks Is This You?
