This is an outstanding opportunity for a senior professional looking to play a key leadership role within a forward-thinking firm and help shape its future direction.
The role:
You will take a pivotal position within the practice, working closely with the existing partners to drive growth, strengthen client relationships, and develop the firm’s service offering. This is a client-facing and strategic role, combining technical oversight with leadership, mentoring, and business development.
Key responsibilities of the Senior Manager or Partner include:
1. Managing and developing a substantial portfolio of clients.
2. Acting as a trusted adviser to owner-managed businesses and key stakeholders.
3. Leading, mentoring, and developing senior and junior team members.
4. Overseeing quality, compliance, and technical standards across the practice.
5. Contributing to the firm’s growth strategy, including business development and new client acquisition.
6. Supporting operational and strategic initiatives alongside the partner group.
The ideal Senior Manager or Partner will have:
7. ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
8. Significant experience within a UK accountancy practice at Senior Manager or Partner level.
9. Strong technical knowledge across accounts, tax, and advisory services.
10. Proven ability to develop client relationships and generate new business.
11. Leadership presence with a collaborative and commercial mindset.
12. Ambition to play a long-term role in the growth of the firm.
