Office Assistant
We are seeking an experienced, polished Receptionist to deliver a consistently high standard of front-of-house service within a professional investment firm. This is a key role for a proactive, confident individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in creating a welcoming, well-run office. You will work closely with the wider team in a friendly, collaborative setting.
Who You Are
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
* Confident and personable when engaging with colleagues and visitors
* Exceptionally organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
* Comfortable operating in a high-expectation, professional environment
What You’ll Do
* Deliver a professional hospitality experience, including refreshments
* Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors
* Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately
* Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare IT requirements
* Provide administrative support to EAs and the wider team as needed
* Handle printing, binding, and scanning of documents
