Your New Role
As People and Culture Director, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and engaging work environment, focusing on employee development and wellbeing. You will provide expert advice on people-related matters, ensuring employees and managers feel supported and valued.
Your responsibilities will include:
Operating as part of the Senior Leadership Team, working closely with the CEO and directors across the business.
Developing and implementing people plans and strategies.
Leading employee development initiatives and wellbeing workshops.
Conducting senior-level headhunting and managing talent.
Providing advice and support to directors and junior team members.
Acting as the EDI and safeguarding lead.
Overseeing policy work and minimal change management.
Examining organisational structure and identifying staffing needs.
Ensuring the wellbeing of staff and fostering a good culture.
