Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver consistently high-quality, engaging, and differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
* Demonstrate a strong understanding of effective classroom management, ensuring all pupils are supported to achieve their full potential.
* Build positive relationships with staff, pupils, and parents, contributing to a cohesive and inclusive school culture.
* Adapt seamlessly to the ethos and expectations of each school, maintaining professionalism and high standards at all times.
* Participate in the assessment and progress monitoring of pupils, ensuring teaching strategies are tailored to meet individual learning needs.
Person Specification:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with recognised experience teaching within UK primary schools.
* A proven ability to adapt teaching methods to suit varying classroom dynamics and year groups.
* A reflective practitioner who is proactive in seeking professional development and continuous improvement.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish positive and productive relationships within school communities.
