This is a full time position (43.5 hours per week) Monday to Friday between the hours of 7.30am and 6pm.

Main purpose of the role:
To support the Nursery Manager to ensure a smooth running of the business, completing administrative duties for the day-to-day office management and working closely with parents/carers, visitors and other businesses.
Qualifications and Experience
o Good, general knowledge and experience in IT related tasks
o Confidence in using settings internal software (Famly, Bright HR, Bright Safe)
o Good, general standard of education (min GCSE or equivalent qualification)
o Experience working in a customer based environment
o Good, general knowledge and experience in administrative tasks
Skills and Attributes
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills
o Ability to manage own work load and work to deadlines
o IT proficiency, particularly to Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet search engines, Ability to use databases
o Good time management, planning and organisational skills
o Ability to maintain confidentiality
o Respect all cultures of colleagues, children and families
o The liking for children/babies and the ability to relate to them in a sensitive manner
o Ability to work individually and as part of a team
o Self-motivated and a positive attitude
