Specifically, acting as the first point of contact for queries and complaints from the public you’ll process incoming donations, payments and gifts, ensuring records on the customer database and manual files are updated. You’ll encourage supporters and the public to support our client’s work, whether that be through upselling or donations, and offer upgrades or alternatives if cancellations are requested. Additionally, you’ll assist with post, payment processing, handling cash and other documents, maintaining a clear audit trail and ensuring payments are promptly delivered in accordance with agreed procedures. About You To be considered as a Supporter Care Assistant, you will need: - Experience of handling customer queries and complaints - Experience of managing administrative and/or process-based systems - A meticulous approach and good attention to detail - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Good Excel skills The closing date for this role is the 19th May 2024.
