As Lead Business Analyst, you will be responsible for shaping and developing the Business Analysis capability within the Business Change team, while managing and mentoring a team of Business Analysts. This is a permanent role, with hybrid working (2 days in office per week) based out of Walsall. Description Actively engage with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation to understand challenges, uncover opportunities, gather requirements, and support option development.
