Sales Representative - Veterinary Instrumentation & Kruuse Specialist (Remote, UK)

What You’ll Do:
1. Develop and execute a strategic regional sales plan to exceed targets.
2. Build strong, lasting relationships with veterinary practices and key decision-makers.
3. Conduct engaging in-person and virtual meetings to promote and train on our product offerings.
4. Collaborate with marketing and product teams on campaigns and launches.
5. Analyse sales data and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
6. Educate internal teams to drive cross-selling success.
7. Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity.
What You Bring:
8. Proven field sales experience, ideally in the veterinary or animal health sector.
9. Strong knowledge of animal health products and market dynamics.
10. Experience with private label or own-brand products is a big plus.
11. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
12. Self-motivated and able to manage a large geographic territory.
13. Commercially savvy with strong analytical skills.
14. Proficient in CRM systems.
Qualifications:
15. Degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Science, Business, or a related field (preferred).
16. Valid UK driving licence and access to a car (essential).
17. Willingness to travel extensively across the UK.
