The Opportunity
We are looking for a dedicated individual, with a passion for luxury to join us as a Sales Consultant in our Milton Keynes store. This is a part-time opportunity, working 8 hours per week on a fixed term contract.
Responsibilities
* As the face of our brand, provide excellent customer service and detailed product knowledge to customers.
* Use a personalized selling approach and manage the customer journey from start to finish, including providing sensorial experiences through signature services such as fragrance consultations or hand and arm massages.
* Assist the team with general store tasks, including stock management, cleaning and replenishment.

* Excellent communication skills with the ability to demonstrate confidence and a positive, can-do attitude.
* High level of personal grooming standards and a passion for luxury, championing our brand values.
* Ability to work well in a team, with drive and motivation to achieve store and personal KPIs.
* Flexibility in working arrangements to suit business requirements.
