Job Description
We are looking for a prospering and passionate CRM-focused individual to join an organisation that have been going for over 100 years, as they go on a digital journey!
Role:
* Creating and maintaining reports that form strategic decision-making
* Responsible for the integrity, health and cleansing of data
* Coach and mentor colleagues to maximise performance and engagement
* Support the CRM Lead in implementing processes and solutions
* Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the CRM roadmap is supported
* Collaborate with the Apps team to ensure the CRM effectively supports
Experience to succeed:
* Minimum of 12 months experience in CRM / Data-related role
* Good understanding of managing data, acknowledging trends and reporting
* Worked in a role that involves troubleshooting
* Degree in related subject field
* Strong people and communication skills
* Willingness to run training for people across the business as/ when required
