We're looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to join our team for a period of 9 months, starting immediately. About the Role:
In this dynamic position, you'll take charge of managing busy diaries, coordinating travel and accommodation, processing expenses, and responding swiftly to last-minute changes. You'll also support key administrative tasks such as preparing reports, attending meetings to take minutes, creating compelling presentations, and managing correspondence.
Based in our Chester office, you'll also have the opportunity to travel to our Bangor office, with travel expenses covered. Flexible work-from-home arrangements are available with line manager approval. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are essential for this role.
