Evolve Vehicle Preparation Ltd are looking for a Support Manager to assist and support the Directors with the day-to-day operations of the business.

Responsibilities
The successful applicant must have an extensive knowledge of the processes for commercial valeting. They will also be required to operate independently & be able to solve problems in a timely professional manner.
Successful applicants will be required to oversee many aspects of the business including, but not limited to:
* Recruitment and/or training of new Subcontractors.
* Overseeing & running of daily operations of sites around the North West.
* Providing cover to clients as and when required, through sickness, leave or to meet client requirements.
* Approving/Refusing leave with Subcontractors and providing cover.
* Liaising with Team Leaders to resolve problems.
* Oversee quality of services via random vehicle checks and action accordingly.
* Oversee Health & Safety, COSHH regulations and ensuring Subcontractors adhere to safe practices.
* Valeting when required or during quiet periods.
Evolve Vehicle Preparation will provide:
* A company vehicle with full servicing/maintenance provided.
* Business expenses paid such as fuel.
Salary from £31,200.00 per annum.

* GCSE or equivalent
Experience:
* Support Management: 5 years
