About the Role You will teach Drama across KS3 and KS4, with the curriculum designed to develop both performance skills and critical understanding of theatre. The role includes opportunities to lead extracurricular productions and workshops.

* Teach Drama across KS3 and KS4
* Prepare students for GCSE Drama examinations
* Plan practical, workshop-based lessons that build confidence and teamwork
* Support and direct whole-school productions and performance events
* Assess practical and written coursework
* Contribute to extracurricular drama and performing arts clubs

Candidate Requirements
Essential
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching Drama at secondary level
* Confidence delivering practical, workshop-based lessons
* Strong behaviour management skills in performance spaces
Desirable
* Experience teaching GCSE Drama (AQA or Eduqas)
* Experience directing school productions
* Interest in running extracurricular performance clubs
