We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead the delivery of major, technically complex construction projects within a specialist engineered solutions environment.
This is a high-impact operational role with full ownership of projects from post-order clearance through to installation, commissioning, invoicing and financial close-out. You'll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within scope and on budget - while protecting margin and maintaining exceptional quality standards.

The Role
You will take end-to-end responsibility for assigned projects following order acceptance, acting as the primary operational lead throughout delivery.
Key aspects include:
1. Managing the full project lifecycle from technical clearance to handover
2. Coordinating internal teams across technical, procurement, manufacturing, logistics and installation
3. Proactively managing programme, risk, constraints and dependencies
4. Monitoring progress against contractual requirements and lead times
5. Acting as the first escalation point for site-based operational and quality issues
6. Attending site as required to resolve challenges and maintain delivery momentum
7. Ensuring installations meet quality standards and customer expectations
8. Supporting RAMS and site documentation production
9. Overseeing cost control including field operations, subcontractors, WIP and invoicing

What We're Looking For
Essential Experience
16. Proven experience as a Project Manager within construction, building services or engineered systems
17. Experience delivering technically complex, multi-stakeholder projects
18. Strong commercial awareness and cost management capability
19. Ability to manage programme, risk and delivery under pressure
20. Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
21. Experience using ERP systems (SAP advantageous)
22. Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
23. Proficient in Microsoft Office
Desirable
24. Ability to read and interpret construction or façade drawings
25. Knowledge of automatic doors or EN16005 (training can be provided)
26. Experience using Monday.com or similar project tracking tools
