Shopper Excellence Manager

Location: Farnborough, Hampshire. Hybrid working 3 days in office, 2 days remote.
You Are Responsible For
* Translates the right and relevant strategy, aligning with the Commercial & Marketing leadership team to drive category growth.
* Enables the organization with tooling and analytics to identify gaps and opportunities on shopper fundamentals.
* Maintains strong collaboration between consumer marketing and sales by understanding customer needs, shopper behaviors and category strategies to achieve retail execution excellence with a win‑win mindset.
* Closely collaborates with sales channel leaders, Consumer Marketing Managers, Shopper activation managers, CatMan experts and Management Information & Analytics for continuous improvement on fundamentals.
* Drives value creation and extraction through a better shopper experience with retail partners.
To Succeed in This Role, You’ll Need
* Degree in marketing or business administration (preferred).
* Previous experience in Shopping Marketing, RGM or Sales.
* Shopper and customer‑first mindset.
* Analytical and strategic thinking.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills.
