Junior E-Commerce & Operations Assistant
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Junior E-Commerce & Operations Assistant to support the day‑to‑day running of the brand across e‑commerce, customer experience, wholesale administration, marketing support, sample coordination, and studio operations.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to gain hands‑on experience across multiple areas of a growing fashion business.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience
* Manage customer enquiries across email and online platforms – Zendesk.
* Assist customers with order updates, exchanges, returns, and product enquiries.
* Maintain a high level of customer care aligned with the brand’s tone and service standards.
* Process orders daily.
Shopify & E‑Commerce Support
* Assist with product uploads including imagery, descriptions, pricing, and product details.
* Support collection launches and website merchandising.
* Maintain product pages to ensure accuracy and visual consistency.
* Assist with inventory updates, restocks, and product organisation.
Email Marketing (Klaviyo)
* Manage the setup and scheduling of email campaigns and launches.
* Support formatting, image placement, and product linking within EDMs.
* Help maintain email lists and audience segmentation.
* Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting.
Creative & Graphic Support
* Manage preparing and resizing creative assets for email, website, and social media.
* Maintain an organised digital asset library.
* Support content preparation for campaigns and collection launches.
* Ensure creative assets align with brand guidelines.
Sample, Press and Influencer Coordination
* Manage the organisation and tracking of all brand samples.
* Manage all gifting communication and sending to influencers.
* Manage “Shop My” Platform.
* Coordinate sample send‑outs to press, stylists, influencers, and partners.
* Track sample returns and maintain accurate inventory records.
* Prepare samples for shoots, press appointments, and showroom requests.
Studio & Office Operations
* Maintain organisation of the studio and sample areas.
* Support stockroom and sample management processes.
* Manage office administration and operational tasks.
* Coordinate deliveries, shipments, and general studio needs to ensure the office runs smoothly.
About You
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proactive, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
* A genuine interest in fashion, e‑commerce, and brand operations.
* Previous experience in fashion, retail, e‑commerce, or wholesale support is advantageous but not essential.
