Investment Manager, Real Estate Equity

A bit about the job:
We’re seeking a strategic, engaging and innovative individual to asset manage some of Aviva’s most prestigious Central London office investments. You’ll be responsible for delivering value through creative asset management, leading leasing strategies, and overseeing refurbishment projects. You’ll work closely with internal teams, external agents, and joint venture partners to optimise performance and returns. This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape asset strategies, drive ESG integration, and represent Aviva in the market.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
1. Proven experience in commercial real estate investment, leasing and ideally asset management, preferably with a focus on Central London offices.
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess leasing, valuation, and investment scenarios.
3. Experience leading leasing strategies and managing external agents.
4. Ability to manage refurbishment and repositioning projects, working with project teams to deliver on time and budget
5. A results-driven attitude with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet challenging deadlines.
