Front of House Barista - Buxton Full Time - 5 days per week Hours- 9am-5pm We're looking for a friendly, reliable Front of House Barista to join our team in Buxton! This is a full-time role working 5 days out of 7 (Monday-Sunday), with consistent daytime hours from 9am-5pm - no late nights. About the Role: You'll be the face of our business, delivering great customer service while preparing quality coffees and helping create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest. Key Responsibilities: Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks, including barista-quality coffee Greeting customers and providing excellent front-of-house service Taking orders and handling payments Keeping the cafe clean, tidy, and well-presented Supporting the team during busy periods What We're Looking For: Previous barista or customer service experience preferred (but not essential) A positive, friendly attitude and strong communication skills Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment Reliable and flexible across a 7-day rota Passion for coffee and great customer service What We Offer: Full-time hours (5 days per week) Daytime shifts only: 9am-5pm Supportive team environment Location: Buxton If you're enthusiastic, customer-focused, and love working with people, we'd love to hear from you!
