How You Will Make an Impact?

Bring your leadership to life by confidently directing incoming workload across the team, keeping energy high, priorities clear, and responses flowing swiftly to both our valued customers and our dynamic external sales team.

You Will Be:

* Keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently while having the vision to streamline and improve where appropriate. Leading a harmonious team to uphold top tier customer service.

* Establishing and strengthening effective customer communications (phone/email) gathering valuable insights that could open the door to exciting new sales opportunities.

* First point of contact for escalation in respect to customer, internal/external team members in aid of bringing swift resolutions to customers’ order related issues (i.e. deliveries, stock, credit etc.).

About You:

Your exceptional customer service and sales order processing expertise will shine as you guide the team, refining and elevating the customer experience together.

You’re a proactive problem solver, with ability to offer customers clear and concise solutions through their order journey.

Bringing your proven leadership skills and account management experience, you’ll leave a lasting positive impression on internal teams and our customers.

Your Interview Journey:

Interview 1: Introduction and Exploration Call

With: Your Daikin Recruitment Business Partner
Purpose: For you to get the lowdown on Daikin; who we are, what we do, and what makes us tick. It also provides us with an opportunity to understand your experiences, motivations, and personality.

Interview 2: Structured Interview

With: Hiring Manager
Purpose: A detailed discussion to explore your work experience and delve into Daikin's operations, focusing on the specifics of the role.

Interview 3: Final Formal Interview

With: Hiring Manager and a Senior Management Team Member
Purpose: Your opportunity to demonstrate your expertise through delivering a short presentation, promoting your customer service and leadership capabilities.
