As a HR & Recruitment Administrator, you ll play a key role in supporting our services by ensuring we attract, recruit, and retain high-quality clinical and non-clinical professionals. You will coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle, manage compliance processes, and provide efficient HR administrative support to ensure our workforce remains fully compliant, engaged, and aligned with our commitment to delivering outstanding patient care. What you will be doing Your responsibilities will include: Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for clinical and corporate roles Draft and post job adverts across relevant platforms Arrange interviews and manage candidate communications Conduct compliance checks (right to work, DBS, professional registrations, references) Prepare contracts and onboarding documentation Maintain accurate HR records and support regulatory audits Supporting our services with recruitment events More about Inspire Neurocare Inspire Neurocare supports people living with complex neurological conditions, brain and spinal injuries, stroke, complex dementias and progressive neurological conditions.
