Job Title: Office & HR Assistant
Location: West London (Hybrid 2 days in the office)
Salary: Up to £28,

We're looking for a motivated Office & HR Assistant to help our clients create an inspiring workplace where everyone can thrive.


Your Role


As our Office & HR Assistant, you'll be the heartbeat of our clients office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while supporting key HR initiatives.


Key Responsibilities


Administrative Support



1. Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, answering calls, and welcoming visitors.

2. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.



HR Assistance



3. Support recruitment by posting job ads, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews.

4. Assist with onboarding to ensure new hires feel welcomed and prepared.



Record Keeping



5. Maintain and organise employee records and databases.

6. Assist with payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.



Team Collaboration



7. Work closely with various departments to foster a positive work environment.

8. Help organise

9. Team-building events and activities.

10. Friendly and approachable with excellent communication skills.

11. Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask.

12. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HR software is a plus.

13. Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.

14. Previous experience in an administrative or HR role is beneficial but not essential.
