Main purpose of the position/Key expectations:
We are currently looking for a GKA Analytics Partner to join our Advanced Analytics, Data & AI (ADA) Team. You will act as the ‘vital link and business enabler’ between BI & AI capabilities /solution and it’s business objectives delivering concrete value to the business. You will play a pivotal role in instilling the right data culture in our global key accounts and driving the account objectives within the analytics area. With you onboard, we can drive ISS group wide business progress towards targets, accurate reports for corporate reporting, customers and external benchmarks globally and most importantly, shaping the ISS world through data!
What you’ll do:
1. Develop Analytics & Data programs – to ensure all stakeholders can effectively interpret and utilize Data for decision-making and performance improvement.
2. Lead benchmarking projects to generate actionable insights from Data by collaborating closely with the business.
3. Ensure Data quality and accuracy to support robust benchmarking, KPI assessment, and quarterly management fee at risk reporting.
4. Own account Master Data.
5. Develop account Analytics & Data Roadmap.
6. Develop Data Literacy on the account, at all levels of the organisation.
7. Develop account Systems Roadmap
8. Maintain consistent business systems usage and expand adoption in line with the account value proposition
9. Ensure global alignment and governance in the use of business systems and analytics
10. Translate the digital technology vision and roadmap into actionable plans in collaboration with client and ISS leadership
11. Able to manage projects end to end

Key qualifications:
20. 3-5 years of proven experience in Business Intelligence reporting/ Data Analysis required
21. Experience using Tableau and similar analytics tools desired such as PowerBI
22. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
23. Experience with collaborating with Global Clients/ International Stakeholders
24. Must be able to communicate fluently in English
25. Bachelor’s Degree in Business with Data Analytics/Math/Engineering or another similar field is preferable but not a must
26. Experience in the Facility Management industry is preferable.
