Administrative Officer – Supported Living (Full-Time)

Right Care Services is looking for an organised and reliable Administrative Officer to support our Supported Living service. This role is essential in helping us deliver high-quality care by ensuring smooth office operations and effective staff support.
About the Role
You will provide day-to-day administrative support to the management team and staff. The role involves handling enquiries, maintaining records, supporting recruitment, organising training, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer and manage incoming telephone calls
* Respond to staff enquiries professionally and promptly
* Support with payroll preparation (timesheets, hours, documentation)
* Update and maintain staff files in line with CQC requirements
* Assist with recruitment: advertising roles, scheduling interviews, paperwork
* Support staff induction processes
* Arrange training sessions and keep the training matrix up to date
* Book appointments, meetings, assessments, and reviews
* Take minutes during meetings and distribute them as required
* Prepare letters, emails, reports and other documents
* Maintain office filing systems and ensure GDPR compliance
* Assist with audits, compliance checks and inspection preparation
* Monitor DBS, right-to-work documents, training renewals and staff compliance
* Maintain office supplies and support general office organisation
* Liaise with external agencies, professionals and suppliers
* Update logs and trackers (incident logs, safeguarding logs, training records)
Requirements
* Previous administrative experience (care sector experience beneficial)
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to handle confidential information
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Positive, proactive and professional attitude
