7. Prepare and submit payroll reports to management as required.
8. Monitor payroll costs and ensure accurate budgeting.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Payroll Manager should have:
10. Proven experience in payroll management within a fast paced role.
11. Strong knowledge of payroll systems and legislation.
12. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial matters.
13. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
14. Strong communication and leadership skills.
15. Proficiency in relevant payroll software and Microsoft Office.
16. Experience collaborating with Accounting & Finance teams.
