About You
The successful candidate will bring a strong technical tax background combined with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
You will have:
* At least 3 years tax experience within an accountancy practice environment
* Experience preparing corporation tax and personal tax returns
* Strong knowledge of tax compliance requirements
* Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills
* The ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Either be working towards, or have achieved, a relevant qualification such as ATT, CTA, ACA, or ACCA
About Your New Role
Always:
* Prepare corporation tax and personal tax returns for a varied client portfolio
* Review work completed by junior team members
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Provide a high standard of client service
* Liaise directly with clients on tax matters and queries
* Support the delivery of corporate and personal tax compliance services
* Work closely with colleagues across the wider business
Often:
* Assist with identifying opportunities to provide additional services to clients
* Support the development of junior team members
* Collaborate with senior leadership on client assignments
* Contribute to improving internal processes and service delivery
* Attend client meetings and provide tax guidance
Occasionally:
* Assist with specialist tax projects and advisory work
* Participate in networking and business development activities
* Support cross-border and international assignments
* Represent the firm at professional and social events
