Key responsibilities include:
* Lead the day‑to‑day HR function, ensuring high‑quality service delivery across all people processes.
* Own the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance, development and exits.
* Develop and deliver a forward-thinking HR strategy aligned to business growth objectives
* Partner with senior leadership to drive organisational effectiveness and workforce planning.
* Lead talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies across the region.
* Champion culture, values, and DE&I initiatives.
* Oversee employee relations, ensuring best practice and risk mitigation.
* Drive performance management and leadership capability across all levels.
* Lead and develop the HR team, fostering a high-performing and collaborative function.
* Utilise data and insights to inform decision-making and measure HR impact.
Key Experience Required:
* Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth environment
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence at executive level.
* Experience scaling teams and building organisational capability.
* Passion for culture, people experience, and inclusive leadership.
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law (EMEA exposure beneficial)
* Data-driven with a strategic yet hands-on approach
* Experience within beauty, retail, consumer, or digital-first brands is advantageous
