About Our Nursery: Busy Bees in Biggleswade is an Ofsted-rated Good nursery with a capacity of 112 children. Our dedicated staff prioritise the best interests of all children and families. We maintain strong links with the local community and are conveniently located within a 15–20 minute walk from the town centre, near bus stops and train stations. We offer free parking and are near a local gym, swimming pool, and various shops. Flexible working options are available, including a four-day pattern as well as part-time and full-time contracts.

Role Responsibilities
* Lead the planning and execution of age-appropriate activities and curriculum in your room.
* Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for children.
* Foster a high-performing team through supportive leadership and collaboration.
* Oversee the development and wellbeing of children, ensuring their progress is tracked and communicated with parents.
* Take on the role of Key Person, ensuring the holistic development and personal care needs of a group of children.
* Ensure health and safety standards are met, maintaining a clean and secure environment.
Qualifications
* Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
* Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience preferred (ideally as Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager or Nursery Practitioner).
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
* Passionate about fostering children’s development and creating positive relationships with families.
