My client is a small but expanding provider with a portfolio of good rated homes in East Anglia. Due to internal movement they are currently seeking to recruit an experienced manager for a large residential home on the Norfolk/ East Cambridge border. This is an excellent opportunity to join an experienced, values based provider who have won awards for their care provision and the quality of their homes. They are looking for a home manager with a proven track record gained in successful homes but equally the candidate must share their dedication and innovative approach to care.
