The Key Account Manager is responsible for maximising business opportunities from existing and new customers across the entire portfolio of commercial products & services, delivering a high standard of service and professionalism to meet and exceed contractual deliverables. The expectation is you will be required to hit monthly targets and offer mitigation plans when required.
What You'll Do
* Manage an existing portfolio of accounts, maximising cross-selling and upselling opportunities
* Proactively identify and build a pipeline of new business opportunities
* Visit clients and prospects weekly, building strong and lasting relationships
* Create compelling proposals that solve customer challenges and deliver real value
* Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reporting via Pipedrive CRM
* Negotiate and implement contracts, SLAs, T&Cs and KPIs with customers
* Demonstrate strong knowledge of IAM RoadSmart products, services, and wider automotive issues impacting fleet clients
* Lead and participate in customer contract review meetings
* Provide accurate and timely customer reporting
* Liaise with Finance to resolve late payments and ensure smooth billing processes
* Represent IAM RoadSmart at networking events and industry conferences
* Support Commercial Operations during peak demand, resolving customer booking issues
* Work closely with partners to resolve issues with our 'RoadSmart' driver risk management suite
