Nuneaton and Bedworth Community Enterprises is a company established by Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council to, amongst other things, provide high quality property services to council run properties across the borough. This role will be managing the day to day running of the B&B’s and Hostels for temporary accommodation for external client. To supervise a team of accommodation assistants and accommodation cleaners ensuring that a schedule of inspections for managed buildings is allocated appropriately. To be the first point of contact for clients including management and attendance at contract review meetings, client management, resolution of issues/complaints. The role does require the use of own vehicle and mileage will be paid. In additon, there is the option to participate in an out of hours, on call rota for which an additional allowance will be payable
