Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant position: Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, acting as first point of contact both internally and externally Complex diary and calendar management across multiple time zones Coordinate international travel arrangements, including flights, visas, ground transport, and itineraries Prepare and submit business expenses in a timely and compliant manner Manage incoming communications with professionalism and discretion Provide support for meetings, events, and documentation as needed Collaborate closely with other EAs to ensure consistent coverage and team efficiency Take ownership of ad hoc projects and offer flexible support across the wider team What background and experience is the company looking for?
