Main duties of the job

Job responsibilities
You'll find solutions to solve everyday problems for patients such as:
1. Providing, highly specialist psychological assessments and interventions to support patients needs.
2. Efficiently managing a caseload to formulate and implement strategies to meet your patients goals.
3. Working within or alongside a multi-disciplinary team to effectively assess and intervene with your patients psychological needs.
4. Mentor, supervise and teach qualified and unqualified staff, including students.

8. Youll need the ability and experience to provide a specialist psychological therapy service, including assessment, planning, treatment, implementation and monitoring of outcomes to promote recovery.
9. A professional registration with HCPC
10. A Doctorate in Clinical Psychology
11. Youll recognise the need to promote safe practice and value the aims of service users
12. NHS experience is desirable but not essential
