The successful candidate will be required to be flexible to accommodate the needs of the role, including evenings, weekends, and on-call as required.

Requirements:
To apply for our Director of Commercial & Operations role, you will need:
* To be degree educated, ideally in a relevant field (such as Business Management, Health & Social Care, Finance)
* Experience in overseeing compliance with Ofsted/CQC frameworks and regulatory inspections, alongside a strong understanding of these frameworks or have significant experience leading organisations in regulated sectors.
* Have a minimum of five years in senior leadership in health, social care, or regulated services
* A proven track record in operational and financial leadership, including budget management and cost control
* A proven track record in strategic planning, service expansion, business development, including contracts and tenders
