Supported Living Support Worker - Autism and Learning Disabilities

Our personalised supported living and outreach service for people (aged with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs is currently searching for multiple people to help enhance our excellent team.

* Learning Disabilities
* Autism and /or Asperger's
* Providing structure and consistent boundaries
* Supporting independence and daily living skills, as well as community-based activities
* Supporting effective social communication
* Experience with challenging behaviour
* Knowledge of positive behaviour support
Desirable skills:
* Experience with non-verbal communication
* Experience working with ADHD
* Competent, confident and proactive with lone working
* Understanding the impact of Trauma

Pay: £12.40-£12.50 per hour
