As a Graduate SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support students with SEND within the schools ARP and mainstream setting
Work closely with pupils with autism and additional learning needs

Collaborate with experienced SEND professionals and teaching staff

Responsibilities | Graduate SEND TA
Support students with autism and additional needs in 1:1 and small-group settings
Assist across subjects including Maths, Art, Photography, Psychology and Science
Work closely with teachers, SEND staff, and pastoral teams to support student wellbeing and confidence
Build positive relationships that help students thrive socially, emotionally and academically
Requirements | Graduate SEND TA
Psychology graduates with strong Maths, Science or Art knowledge
Maths, Science or Art graduates with an interest in neurodevelopment and SEND
Graduates with strong A-Level results in Maths, Science, Art, Photography or Psychology, including an A or A* in at least one of these subjects
Individuals with a genuine interest in autism, neurodiversity and inclusive education
